SBGS has been dedicated to the everlasting memory of Shri Balwant Singh. He was a man of high principles and always strived to work for social causes. A God fearing man as for him work was not for self-gain but a service to human kind. A Chinese proverb says:

“One generation opens up the road on which the next generation travels”

People change, ways change but things move forward on this foundation laid by the one before. Likewise Shri Balwant Singh Ji´s dream of doing his bit towards society and nation is being nurtured today when the school SBGS named after him, would provide quality education to the youth of today who would, in turn, grow up as responsible citizens of the country, capable of bringing about transformation in Technical, Economic and Social Sector.
